Verify your credentials
Enter the Order ID and email address used for your Telephone Activation purchase. They must match the order exactly.

Locate your Installation ID (IID)
This is the long number your software shows after you choose "Activate by telephone". Type it in with or without dashes and spaces.

Common questions
Where do I find my Order ID?
It is the number on your order confirmation email, shown next to the word "Order". You will also find it under My Account, in the Orders list. Enter the digits only.
It says my Order ID and email do not match
Use the email address the order was placed with, which is the same one the order confirmation was sent to. If someone bought the product for you, use their email. Still stuck? Send us the order number and we will check it.
It says my Installation ID is incorrect
An Installation ID is 54 or 63 digits long, in 9 groups. Close the activation window, reopen it, and copy the number again: it changes each time it is shown. One mistyped digit is enough for the activation server to reject it.
How long does it take?
A few seconds. Your Confirmation ID appears on this page and is also saved to your order, so you can come back and look it up again at any time.
Can I get another one for the same product?
Each quantity you purchased entitles you to one Confirmation ID. Re-entering the same Installation ID always returns the same Confirmation ID and does not use up another one.
